Instead of going to Kanrocksas, you can see a better lineup at Lollapalooza streaming online for free.

http://www.youtube.com/lollapalooza

That's like saying that instead of going to the K-State game, you can stay home and watch better football on tv for free.

Except that I actually care about and have an affiliation with K-State football, not a music festival that was created a few months ago.

Yeah, well, I don't really care about Kanrocksas either, but I would definitely go to that before I'd stream some other concert on Youtube, regardless of who's playing.

Yeah me too, it was just a suggestion for people who couldn't go to Kanrocksas because they didn't want to spend the money or whatever.

Anyone else hear the Chiefs Tomahawk Chant at one point during Eminem when he asked who was louder, the guys or the ladies?  KC never ceases to amaze.

That chant is the epitome of white trash, but at the same time it's so rough ridin' awesome

Only one confirmed death so far.  Kinda disappointed.

Decided to only got Saturday. 79 bucks for Grace Potter, Cage the Elephant, Flogging Molly, Perfect Circle, Black Keys, and Muse.  I can handle that.

Anyone who claims that tickets for this lineup are too expensive is either Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!), has terrible taste, or is not a  :kstategrad: .

If they waited a couple months they could call it

Bet it took you 10 minutes to do all that formatting.

I would bet lots of money that I know exactly who started that chant.

While at Chipotle last night(right next door to Kanrocksas) saw a chick in tall boots, a old school one-piece swimsuit, and a belt.

Love people watching these things.

Thought saturday was a solid show, had a bunch of people get free tix dumped on them so they came.  By the time Flogging Molly was getting finished weather turned pretty nice.  Was a better festival than i expected, not sure if that's saying anything though.  Food was cheap which was a plus.

Was there both days.  Jesus christ.  I think my brain is mumped up for all time.

Was rollin real hard during Bassnectar (which obviously blew my rough ridin' mind) & Eminem on Friday.

Saturday, Cage the elephant was pretty good as the lead singer seemed more messed up on drugs than I was.  Took some more Molly right before girl talk, then sat down during black keys and stared at the lit-up ferris wheel, then turned around and watched muse's light show before going and dance-partying it up during STS9.

No, heard it was going to be awesome.  Not even sure what we did instead of going to that.

Primus, Bassnectar, Flaming Lips, Eminem all one after another was amazing

Arctic Monkeys, Black Angels, Bag Raiders, A Perfect Circle, Black Keys and Muse were also great

Missed Girl Talk for APC, missed Ween for Bassnectar. Good trade in my book.

Security was lax, lots of  :bigtoke: and

I heard Digweed got cancelled?

Girl Talk is just a loser that "mashes" other peoples work together right? In that case you made the right choice in APC.

The Bassnectar guy acted very surprised that we actually liked him.

I think the Bassnectar guy was just surprised that we liked him so much. He kept yelling "holy crap" into the mic.
Must not go to a lot of places with so much molly floating around.  It may have been the greatest 45 mins to an hour (I have no idea how long it was) of my life.

This all sounds incredible, lol @ too cool for school people who were all "totally, it's too expensive and the lineup sucks, no thanks."
