Guys lay off the KU bashing, here. Have you guys completely forgotten about team-state-conference? Sheesh, we're all Kansans, aren't we? Some of you sound like you have sworn off the Eastern Cottonwood kool-aid and started sipping some Flowering Dogwood tea instead.

Lot of people are lucky I'm not a mod here or there would be some serious B7's going around.

I think it is a good slogan and very appropriate for Turner's process. You see, in today's college football world, teams have to be built on rock. Solid, Christian, rock. It has to be done the right way and it takes time. Turner is simply trying to impart that reality on everyone who may look at that media guide.

To build a competitive team in Lawrence that can have a shot at winning the Sunflower state, you have to "believe" in the process. You have to "believe" in 5-7 years that it takes. You have to "believe" in God, his son Jesus and that they both love all of us a ton.

Turner is doing it the right way and as an EMAW, I am kind of nervous for 2014-16 when the believing is kicking in.
