maybe a huge tax write off for someone? I mean if Barnacle Bill's FantaSea went belly up, I don't know how this thing will make it. There are like 30 days every year when it is nice to be on a beach in Kansas.

I mean, as far as cities in Iowa and the plains states go, no it isn't, not even a little bit. Cities the country, sure Iowa City is affordable. I'm really confused about it's inclusion on the list until I scroll down and see that it's from a twitter account so this list is completely made up. Cedar Rapids is far more affordable.
