Is the Hilton Doubletree in downtown Nashville any good?  Tripadvisors?

I've stayed there. Decent place. Great steak house around the corner.

Anyone want to go to Oslo?

Oakland has been getting a few weird European budget characters lately. There's one that flies direct to the Azores Islands and one that goes to Amsterdam, too.

When they announced the Azores flights I tried to price a flight to Lisbon and it was unbelievably difficult. LOL

I would go to the Azores.

Would also like to go to Olso or Stockholm.  Especially for those prices.

Who wouldn't want to go to the Azores?

You can park at my house, I'll give you a ride to the airport.

it sounded like you.  like you didn't want to go to the azores, just lisbon.

thanks, if i can figure out the vacation time, i might actually do that.

I would like to do both. Why wouldn't I want to go to Lisbon if I was going all the way to the Azores?

if you have time for both, you should do both.  you should be able to get a decent standalone azores-lisbon fare on one of the budget airlines.

steve, if you're in the bay area, would you stay at the hilton in union square or the financial district?  they're really closed to each other but for some reason i feel compelled to book at the financial district location

I've not stayed in either but have stayed in Union Square and liked the area and being centrally located. Sometimes staying in financial districts you are going to be surrounded by people working while you are ready to party (unless you are there to party).

i'm there to party, and i've already booked 1 night at the union square location so i'll just stick with that.  thanks man!

I'm 29 and have a 6 figure job now, so I'd say college was a pretty good investment, jackass.
