ok, it's easy to get in and out of and makes a good base. plus I think they did a full remodel since I was there so maybe it's nicer now. rent bikes from napa valley bike tours in yountville and ride up the silvarado trail getting blasted.

Where would you stay at if you're going to wine country?   Napa, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, or Sonoma?   I'll likely be using Hilton points.  Also what area of San Fran should I stay in?  I've heard fishermans wharf sucks.

have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Napa which was ok. I think they have a Hilton Garden Inn as well. Going to be tough to find any really good options with points other than the Andaz Napa with Hyatt. I'd pony up the money and stay in St. Helena or Yountville.

Yeah, I think I'm going to stay at that embassy suites in Napa and the Hilton Union Square.  My 2 free Hyatt nights just recently expired so that's out.

you're an odd duck carnes. how in the world do you let two free nights at any hyatt in the world expire? drugs?

I have a bachelor party in New Orleans in September. I've never been, but flights are annoyingly expensive.

The public is largely ignorant of the aviation world. When an airplane costs 80 million and a gallon of Jet-A $5.00 it's amazing we even have air travel, let alone affordable.

santa rosa and petaluma aren't very winey/touristy.  they're just towns that happen to be near wine areas.  take that as a positive or a negative.

Haven't stayed at Cosmo but I hear good things. Based on their new commercial I've been seeing, it's right up my alley.

because it would cost him more to fly a netjet than to fly commercial. he drives a POS car and lives in a POS house and eats at POS restaurants. he could also take a rough ridin' train since berkshire owns railroads out the ass.

I just think his time would be too valuable to be spent sitting in the Vancouver Maple Leaf Lounge.
