yeah, it's nice. I just meant it was an older/classic style hotel and not like an aLoft or W or something.

I've stayed there as well. The rooms are kind of small and shaped weirdly due to the fact that it was built a long rough ridin' time ago.

Other than that its really nice, there is a pretty cool nautical/sailer/ship themed bar on the lowest level that has a pianist iirc.

didn't cross over onto Ocean Beach so I can't give any input. Tons of cool rental houses along Mission Beach though. Really good people watching just sitting on your patio watching the sk8rs and bicyclists and beautiful beach bb's go by on the boardwalk (actually a sidewalk but they call it a boardwalk) that follows the beach.

I'm currently in and have been in Nosara, Costa Rica for the last week. Anyone ever been here before? Legendary surfing, but I'm here on a yoga retreat. NW corner of Costa Rica.

Hotter and humider than crap here. I guess it kinda feels like Kansas does right now. Howler Monkeys and giant spiders are very common around these parts.
