It's funny but the number of people in the replies caping up for a company who misled their customer then was cheeky about the customer taking exception, is crazy.

Does anyone travelling on RyanAir actually expect creature comforts? Those tickets are like $20 each way.

They pull that crap every rough ridin' day, weekends included. I have no idea what their thought process is. Even if there's no layovers, people get dropped off early, show up to pick someone up only to find out their flight was delayed and they have 2 hours to kill. It's mindblowing.

Multiple people closing down this small time cowtown place and they either can’t get Uber/Lyft or their waits have been 30 minutes plus.

Clear Account? LOL, not here.

TSA Precheck/Delta Priority? LOL

Nope, just wait as the singular contract TSA dude alternates between all 3 lines.

Hopefully the game gets picked up substantially in the new terminal.

Honestly the KC airport experience is worse than almost every smaller or larger airport. For what it lacks in open places to eat or drink, it makes up for in unpredictability of time to get through TSA in random lengths between 30 seconds and an hour+
:adios:

I mean it will be a normal design, so it will be 100000% better just out of the gate.

I can't speak to what that woman expected but RyanAir is definitely spending more time and money trying to be funny than offering a quality customer experience. Putting that "window" in then charging to sit next to it is foul.

Not to defend RyanAir because they obviously suck but I don't think it's unreasonable to charge extra for a "window seat" that doesn't actually have a window view - it's just a generic name for non aisle, non-middle seat and I'm guessing just about any airline could charge a premium for these seats if they don't already.

what they paid for was an exit row seat, and they chose window vs aisle. both were delivered to them

Napa was good. Hot AF the first day, but good after that. At prob the fanciest tasting, I was sitting there drinking wine that tasted just like all of the other places wine and giggling when everyone in our group told the lady how amazing it was and a bowl of chips appeared in front of me. I look over at Mrs SF and she just shakes her head at me. Have I told you guys I love chips? Anyhoo, i'm crunching some tasty chips while everyone is discussing wine when finally someone else grabs a chip. The conversation immediately shifted to how great the chips were and the lady said they were some fancy truffle chip from Spain. Everyone then tried the chips and did the same thing they did with the wine. Oh....these are the best chips I've ever had!!!!. I just lol'd. They were just pretty good chips.

Few things better than being bullshitted to by an at least somewhat believable sommelier/wine tasting host while you get drunk.

My favorite thing to do is walk around, point to the wine spit buckets and ask, "you gonna finish that?"
