just a factor as to why SWA isn't GREAT...it's a fine airline....that's not elitist.

They're just the best out of a bunch of crap is all.

Meh...no premium class, no reserved seats (sometimes good, sometimes bad), no lounges, very little international, not low priced....lots of directs out of KC is about their only saving grace...and I do like being able to get credit for cancelled flights.

i lounge thanks to my CSR and how often do you really lounge anyway, enough to factor into your airline decision, i see.
the biggest time i would guess you'd be lounging is for an international and swa wouldn't be in consideration anyway, or maybe a big layover, which swa doesn't have.

All entertainment is free on delta,  and they have a huge movie selection. SW has the reality tv market covered tho

This is a good point. I don't have compelling arguments for any of them. AA is prob my current fav as they have the 2nd most airlift out of kci and can take me across the pond. Their rewards program just keeps getting worse though.  I'd love if Alaska made big inroads into kci.
