impulse bought flights to Paris from KC tonight during an AA sale ($431 apiece)

going in late Sept / early Oct

hotel recommendos?  I have plat status and a billion points with Marriott, or I have Hyatt vouchers that I had planned to use in Kauai this winter but the Park Hyatt is v tempting

also any other recommendos for crap to do, eat, etc, tia

Details on booking this?

I subscribe to emails from scottscheapflights.com and he emailed me about it

It's prob over now, but basically you look on google flights to see when the cheap flights are. It was for like Sept thru Feb

Thanks yeah couldn't find it in Google flights any longer

What is the best site for finding good deals on flights? What are all of the people here on goEMAW use to find some sweet flights. Looking to either fly out of MCI or OKC

I had an option for a minute to use avios to get an american flight on alaska metal for 45 minutes to Portland and back, but it would've had us getting up at like 6am Sunday.  Then was looking at flying there and rising on a train back, but that still would've required not enjoying the slow hungover breakfast I expect I'll need.  The free hilton that's available allows dogs while the free crowne plaza that's sold out doesn't, so all signs seemed to be conspiring to have us drive there w/the dog.

I'd been kind of excited at the prospect of flying ballmer-like directly to an nba game and back.  :frown:

Seeing lots of cheap flights to Scandinavia....which country is best first visit?  Sweden?  All I know about that area is WoF related.

Yes Sweden.  Or Iceland if you're feeling bold.

Yes Sweden or Portugal.  Any of those Scandinavian countries.

Wait a few more years on that one so I can go.

Mrs. Hamburg and I were talking the other day that Copenhagen would be a good first long trip with the girls when the little one hits 3 or 4.
I got a guy on the other line about some white walls
