Headed to Cuba this Spring. Any tips from Cat Fans who have been? Looking for recommendations in both the "what to do before traveling there" and "what to do while you're there" categories. Hoping to bring back a suitcase full of art and sandwiches.

I assume you know you have to make the purpose of your trip "cultural" so good thinking on the art...

I have lived in MO for 8 months and have seen 1 MO snake. It was a baby so I don't think it was a immigrant snake but maybe an anchor snake

Saw this lil guy chillin behind my car this morning. Sheep dogged him to the neighbors grass.

Just look at all the detail you can't see on the snake

My cousin nearly stepped on a small rattlesnake last Friday as we were hiking around LA. We'd only been off of the pavement for 20 minutes when it happened so it sucked that we watched our every step for the next three hours. First time I've ever seen one of those bastards.

What do we think about this Norwegian Airlines company?  They have cheap 787 directs to paris from lax, like $750 roundtrip on weekends
I flew norwegian out of JFK to Copenhagen last spring. Was an enjoyable flight. First time on the Dreamliner and it was pretty sweet.

airfare 300-600
AI 5 days  800-3000 depending on resort

Be advise PV is not a Cancun atmosphere.  It is older crowd, fw spring breakers, and ex-pats.   No snorkelling to speak of, water is colder and not aquamarine.  Beaches are small and rocky.

so at 2300 for fiesta Americana ( yeah that's the actual rough ridin' name for it) for a week for me and mrs yla with ocean view it sounds like a no brainer
