Had to fly united today unfortunately... ORD terminal 1 is an unmitigated disaster. T3 is roughly a million times better, but now I know why some people think ORD sucks

This was me yesterday...except that nobody is reporting that it was a smoking/on fire suitcase in the lobby. Local news reported that it was a break room fire in the employee lounge, but I saw the suitcase with my own two eyes.
