Going to Oahu this weekend w/ Mrs. WonderMeal for an EMAW wedding, staying at the Hyatt in Waikiki. (Not Kauai,  :curse:) What are the pro-iest of pro-tips for Oahu?

Also, does anyone have any suggestos on how a person can maximize Mrs. Tortuga time while somehow minimizing Tortuga time?  Asking for a friend.  ;) (no katdaddy)

Certainly. Mrs. Tortuga is a known EMAW stud, while Mr. Tortuga is....

OK, I am going to give two options for WonderMeal.....

1. Have Mrs. WM make plans with Mrs. T to hang out. Like she should imply but not directly say it is a girls thing. So then she will tell Mr. T to go make his own plans for that time. (Just make sure you aren't around when he is trying to figure out those plans.) The ladies' first stop should be breakfast at the hotel or somewhere nearby.....then you just happen to show up at the same place and join them.

2. Maybe this guy isn't so bad. Maybe he is just quiet when he is around people he doesn't know well or who are discussing things he isn't interested in or doesn't know much about. Maybe you should try to help him out by steering the conversation around to something he can get in to.

Your request is pretty weird, WM. And you come off as a real jerk (Mrs. T as well).

Go with Mrs. Gooch's option 2 or don't make special plans to hang out with any of them at all.

I would say WM's request was valid if the guy was like a big racist POS or something (but why would you want to hang out with someone who is willing to marry a racist POS). But if the guy is just boring then just let him sit there and be boring while the rest of you have a good conversation. It doesn't hurt you any. (Or go with Option 2 which I like better.)

Consider me not shocked that WM is a egotistical POS. He's ranked posters like 5 posts deep on this blog.
