Indy is completely fine.  No more of a crap hole than KCMO.

Indy is a place I want to visit. There's several phenomenal breweries there.

I'm listening... I don't know of any indy breweries? My previous trips to indy have been Meh at best.

Sun King and Black Acre are the two I would tout as the best in the city. There are quite a few others in the area Sun King is located in, as well, but I don't know of their reputation.

3Floyds is considered the best Indiana based brewery. The are located in Munster, basically in Chicago, though. They distribute over the whole state of Indiana. Beer nerds go absolutely crazy for their releases.

I wouldn't plan a trip there as a vacation destination, I think, but there is plenty of great beer there, if you have to go.

Wacky, go to City Market just east of downtown, then go upstairs on the west side of the building. There is a bar with a bunch of good local brews and knowledgeable bartenders.
My COO took me around that sky circle thing and we had a wet lunch. I'm a big fan of her.

I cannot rec. the sunset dinner tour enough on this boat.

http://www.napali.com/tours/ss/

This was great.  Thanks for the suggestion.  mrstdaver was skeptical going in and when it rained the first hour, was not looking good.  Then we hit the jackpot.  The skies cleared, we saw some dolphins, got up to amazing Napali coast and there's a rainbow leadin into the Kalalau valley, and then we boozed all the way back with the sun setting behind us and Van Morrison's "Into the Mystic" playing. Definitely one of the highlights of the trip.

Not as bad. Carrryons are free, but they are much more likely to weigh/measure them. You can't use the App if you are a US citizen and you have to print your boarding pass in advance if you are a US citizen. Make sure you handle everything in advance or expect to pay 60+EUR for it.

Have fun riding with the peasants of europe. They are just as bad as american trash, if not worse.

Imo don't do it. Find a real airline, in the long run it will be about the same cost, especially depending on where you're flying to/from.   A lot of time Ryan air won't fly into the big airports, and you get stuck an hour away from the city you want to be in, trying to get your way there on public transit or paying a cab a million dollars to get there. Just my experience.

If they're flying into the right airport then go for it. Make sure you read their checked bag fine print, it can be about 60 euro per bag, which could make it about the same as other airlines. We ran into this issue when we flew out of London.

Be prepared for them to try to sell you crap on the plane too! Watches, Cologne, perfume, stuffed animals. All sorts of crap. Pretty entertaining.
