yeah it might not be a separate line, but if you have precheck they give you this green laminated card deal that you show the TSA guy/gal and then you can leave your shoes on / laptop in the bag

like, the grand island, ne airport that only allegient serves has TSA Pre.

Newark Terminal A - have to wait in line with the other rubes, but they give you a card so you don't have to take off your belt/jacket/etc. Still have to take liquids/laptop out.
KCI Terminal C. Same as above but no card, just a green marker on your boarding pass. Sometimes they only do one line too, which sucks.
La Guardia - Same as above, but only once.

I have a laptop friendly bag and I just always pull it out. I don't think they're common enough for every TSA agent to realize they can stay in.

The problem I've found beyond the inconsistent rules/lines/airports when it comes to all this stuff is it's still ultimately up to the individual dumbfuck workers what actually happens.
