Think along the lines of Austin city limits but hopefully way less shitty, not sure about the venue

Mid by Midwest?

Yes.  This is exactly the type of thing I had in mind

Did u guys know that a week after coachella a shitty country music festival known as Stagecoach takes place on coachella grounds?  Well my point is there is no reason MHK can't have its own non shitty music festival in addition to its shitty music festival.

Yep, went like a week ago and it was delicious. This may surprise some people, but I've also been to the 5 guys here.  Big D's is way better

Same people that ran Los Texanos. They've already gotten into trouble with the ABA for going to other Aggieville businesses and trying to hire away their help.

I can't imagine that los texanos was any good so I have very little hope for this new pos.

It will basically be a La Fiesta in Aggieville. Can see it working. People like margs, people like patios. Something tells me that the people opening it are completely inept though so we shall see.
