Is this a vest-only event? I say forget about the vest. Don't wanna end up throwing down some scratch just for a frumpy, mismatched vest.

Where is the best place in MHK to find the balance of quality and economical? Why didn't you buy the matching vest when you bought the suit like your wife told you to do? (Oh sorry that wasn't meant for you.)I outgrew my vest unfortunately.

Not vest only, but as a tall individual I have the old "large not or long enough tie" dilemma, A vest helps solve that.

Walk over to Marshalls on your break and get a $15 tie. This isn't too difficult.

But I'm not confident they will have ties that are longer than a normal tie. Normal ties aren't long enough.
Buy a bow tie and TownieCat will teach you how to tie it.

Normal ties aren't long enough.I'm pretty sure that every department store has a big and tall section with extra long ties. Also, add thetiebar.com to your bookmarks.

try the four-in-hand knot. Uses less material, and some lunatics think the asymmetrical look is stylish.
