You guys are doing this all wrong. It should have nothing to do with their playing ability or athletic traits, merely plays on their names. As in, Ryan "Hell, I'd" Doerr.

my system is to add "money" after the player's first initial. here are some examples:

chris harper = c-money
bryce brown = b-money
brod smith = b-money
chris harper = h-money
and so on.
