Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, etc. aren't even considered. It's like they're nothing. Speaking of Iowa in particular, I was pretty humbled when I realized that Kansas and Iowa might as well be the same state as far as the rest of the nation is concerned. I didn't think we sucked that bad.
