Anybody else see the ball move during Palmers approach on the last PK?  It's at 12:45

Quote from: Javier Morales
I believe so. It's the best. Soccer is better if we play in the warm [weather]. I couldn't talk. I couldn't talk at halftime [on Saturday]. I was shaking. I don't know, maybe the league has to see that. It's not an excuse, but I think it's better for soccer to play in the warm [temperatures]. And you have a lot of [places]. Maybe Houston, Dallas, LA. You have a lot of places to choose to go play there."

So hard to tell the difference

I don't recall seeing that while at the game. Did anyone else notice it live?

Yes. Also will have the replay on MLS Live which they are selling currently for 53 bucks for next season. I had it this season. It is amazing. Especially helpful for non-national television SKC games while in MHK.

Fwiw, normal price for MLS Live is $70.

thx for the heads-up - had it for a few years and canceled, will have to pick back up.  it's a pain having to stream skc matches, let alone try to  follow the rest of the league

Yeah. Really the only games some people can't see are the games that are on UniMas which is considered national television, so they're blacked out. That was only one or two SKC games last year. I actually do get that channel with UVerse, but I didn't when I used to have Cox. And I hear lots of complaints from people who don't have it.

I use it a lot to watch Cascadia Cup matches and any others if I'm bored and don't have anything else to do.

Hey Garth, hope you enjoy that runner up medal #sweetlife #donteatyourfeelingsbigguy  #diametricallyopposed #youwerentgoodenough

Anyone know who Garth is? Is he the RSL owner or something? JP is getting tons of twitter hate for this. Looks like he tweeted it around 5am. Was probably pak'd AF.

 :beersmiley:

EDIT: He's the RSL GM. He's the guy who has gone out of his way to hate on SKC. He criticizes our play style and everything. Kreis has done it before hating on Vermes' coaching style. I rough ridin' hate RSL. Loved beating them.

Their fans were great tho imo (even if 80% were staff/sponsors).

There was tons of cheap shots on CJ. Every time he tried to outrun a player they wrapped his arms or kicked him over. Then that elbow, JFC

it seemed like every good chance we had, after the run was over, cj was down in the box for whatever reason. most looked like ticky-tak touching, but there were some serious fouls against cj that should have been called.

CJ gets fouled more than any player in the league it seems like (per minute). Anyone know where I can find a stat like that? Of course, a lot of his fouls (like yesterday) don't get called.

Hung around after the game, went into a VIP open bar area and hung out with players and coaches. Great picture with Collin who was in a stud suit. Talked to Vermes about people insulting the style we play. His response: eff those guys

I recognized about 5 players getting pak'd at firefly lounge last night which means there were undoubtedly 5 more I didn't recognize. Zusi, Myers, Sinovic, etc. Was a glorious party.
