Well, guys, I had a pretty great time. :D

My buddy that I went to the game with brought his friend who is a Housconsin Dynabadgers fan.  :curse:

Was so irritating standing next to him the entire game. Literally all he did was compliment Brad Davis and Corey Ashe. Would point out average plays and say how awesome it was. And any time something bad happened, he found a way to blame it on Collin, Besler, or Zusi. Made me so angry, you guys.

OH, and he is super butthurt that Sporting Park is better than BBVA Compass Stadium. Kept talking about how BBVA Compass was better because they have an upper deck and have a higher capacity. Said he'd be the judge of which stadium is better since none of us have been to BBVA, but his bias was super crazy.

Anywho, the guy was a rough ridin' dumbass. He only got a ticket because he thought we'd play Barca/Real. He thinks MLS sucks, so any time something bad happened, he'd point to that (the alleged sucking). I tried so hard to be pleasant to the guy, but he just wanted me to hate/kill him so bad.

I was in the front row of the Cauldron. Was literally fifteen feet from Totti, Bradley, Donovan at different points. Was pretty neat. Sadly, Henry never came too ridiculously close to our corner. (closest to the Member's Club)

Saying KC is the best soccer city in America is laughable. I hope you realize that.

MLS Comish just announced 4 new franchises by 2020. NYCFC, Becks club (probs Miami), and that leaves 2 open slots.  for STL

speaking of the Comish, did anybody here BITB's interview with him in the rush hour?  Comish completely mushed BITB, cutting him off half way through the interview, saying that he had to change clothes and head over to Sporting Park.  It was a very  :surprised: moment.  BITB was pretty shellshocked, talking about how unprofessional the Comish was for the entire next segment.

soccer allstar games are stupid

All allstar games are stupid.

Yep. Even as an SKC/MLS fan, that game was

Soccer doesn't need all star games, International tournaments are essentially all star games with meaning.

well, it was the largest crowd in SKC history, so it apparently has some appeal.  but yeah, game sucked.

Well of course it was packed. All the casuals had their night out. Just like all the casual baseball fans that freaked out over the MLB ASG last year.

I heard event was dominated by SKC fans, not just rando casuals.  I wasn't there, tho.

In any event, appeal to casuals is what will grow MLS, IMO.  assuming other cities will match what KC did to promote this event, I think the ASG is good for the league.

Heard that yesterday and facepalmed pretty hard.

ASG was a lot of fun. Game was pretty meh, but the festivities and people were great.  I can only imagine how nuts it'd be for an MLS Cup final.

He asked the MLS Comish about that right before the Comish hung up on him.

He is very butthurt about soccer gaining popularity.  Really wants to tear it down and make it something else.  Can't stand the stoppage time, the low scoring, and the ties.  He's pretty Fake Sugar Dick (WARNING, NOT THE REAL SUGAR DICK!).

I'm glad he hates soccer. Listening to him attempt to analyze it, if he cared about it, would be brutal.
