Its tough to saturate 6mb/s on a home network without torrenting/downloading large files. Normal usage /video streaming won't touch that.

The eff?

One single HD stream can be over 5 mbps.

Was trying to work from home this AM and was being absolutely fist mumped by this. Changed channels like Saul suggested and it appears to be better. If this does not hold I'm just going to burn my house down.
can you change the broadcast channel?

The difference is you just threw out some unknown term and Saul explained it and even gave instructions.

Ok. So I live in a house with 7 other guys. A three story house. My room is in the basement. It's located right below the router but I struggle to stay connected on my phone, chromecast, and xb1. What's up with that?

probably too much traffic, if i had to guess. I don't know how you go about fixing that, other than killing off a few of your roommates.
