Funny-cute story when my 3 yr old granddaughter saw WSC first time
Thursday my three year granddaughter was visiting us from Olathe. Her parents are both KSU grads and she's being raised as a Wildcat. Her dad, my son, hadn't seen the WSC yet so we drove up in front Friday evening. She knows what a Powercat is so as we drove up in front of it she saw the powercats and said "Hey look at the Wildcats!". Then she said "It's a Wiidcat Castle!!! Who is the King here?" We told her the King is named Bill. Then she asked "Would King Bill mind if I was his princess in the Wildcat Castle?" Melt my heart. Then we were at a store in Manhattan and we met two college age guys wearing KSU T-Shirts and she tells them "Go Wildcats!" while pumping her fist in the air. Those were two moments burned into my memory. As a reward today we stopped at the GTM Super Store to send her home with new gear.

My 3 year old son did something very similar except it's Willies Castle to him. Kids are the best.
