"Name a QB that has played at K-State with a higher rating out of High School than Cody Green. This board would have been going nuts if he commited out of high school. We have more potentiel at QB right now than at any other time in K-State History. Our offense should be as explosive as the 98 offense in 2013 and next years won't suck either. If defense comes around we will be competing for a Big 12 Championship soon."

GPC is a lot like my mother-in-law

She has the ability to get under my skin with discussions about her favorite TV shows, trying to find hotels for her trips, and even who makes the best pizza. However, she's usually the first source of information I have for things going on in our family. From letting me know all the physical features of new family members to updating me on information about older family members, and sometimes about the ones who have moved away. While my mother-in-law isn't perfect, I still love her and her constant presence in my life. GPC also isn't perfect, but I have no problem putting up with some minor irritations to be able to enjoy the information I receive daily on my family from afar. While I can't put a price on my mother-in-law, GPC is well worth the money I spend for it.

I just don't get it. I don't understand how KU WBB is repeatedly landing top talent over and over again. One, I don't understand why with the talent she has had, they haven't done more. Two, I don't understand with the lack of results, why she continues to land top talent, year after year.

What does KU WBB offer that is so great? A top coach, no. A big fan following, no. A crowded arena, no. Good NCAA tourney results, no.

What is it that Bonnie is doing/saying that is getting these kids to Lawrence. I mean, the Phog only goes so far, and its mostly about mens basketball anyway.

I know we run into speedbumps recruiting to Ames, but surely we offer more than any other north school for WBB hands down. It should be a no-brainer. I mean, KSU has major defectors with even public criticism of Deb, and yet she wins a recruiting battle over us. Do not get it.

The only thing I can really think of (not going to bring up the yelling thing), is that these other programs have female head coaches.

22 of the top 30 classes have female head coaches, many of which are far from proven, and all but one of the male coaches are proven, hall of fame bound caliber, and the 1 out, Matthew Mitchell, is going to be.

Relax it was Wednesday.

Took wife to dinner last evening,,,,she had the entire day off

so late afternoon we went out..I had a "Guest card" from Applebee's so off we went..WELL the wife has started a vegitarian diet so she could not eat much of anything on the menu...she orders a steak and eats the veggies salad and baked potato...leaving the steak for me...hell I cannot eat it..(I am cutting way down also) so we end up cutting up the remainder of the steak and take it home to "Little Frankie" Hell the dog goes nuts for that freshly cooked steak...man she LOVES the hell out of us the entire evening....she only got 2 pcs....then this morning sure enough Frankie is waiting right at the fridge for more of that steak whe KNOWS is coming.. I hid a little piece in her dog food and she grubs to the bottom of her pan and snarfed it up...ALL of her breakfast..Right now she is sitting right beside my chair as I am typing evidently to make certain tht I spell her name correctly.....it is truly amazing how much they appreciate a treat once in a while!!
