I spoke to a lawyer about this (not BSAC). He told me that Riley, Geary, and a couple other adjoined counties kinda have a communal deal where certain offenders are held in certain other places for whatever reason (separated by age?). The kid will still be tried in Riley County eventually.

North Central Kansas Regional Juvenile Detention Center. IIRC there's like 10 counties or something involved with the thing with some state and federal money thrown in. I don't think it's even connected to the county jail.

Killer had GPC premium from what I understand.

in doing a quick googling I discovered there is one in Fort Collins and one in Columbia. There are two in Omaha and the rest are in KS/KC.

i recommend the chicken noodle, the chipotle corn chowder and the turkey chili. those are my favorites. their oat meal is also good. i get it with strawberries, blue berrys, and brown sugar.

i wonder if the accused has a long history of violence? i would expect that he's exhibited some violent tendencies that could have been addressed before now.

Hmmm, sounds like it has stuff that I wouldn't/couldn't normally make at home. That is my biggest beef with Panera, I could make all that crap myself.

Undoubtedly there were red flags with this kid, there always are. Columbine is a textbook case.

Some Shawnee Mission North dudes shot and killed an Olathe North student after a game a while back. Rough Crowd.

Subway seems like it would be expensive to have a breakfast.

The Subway breakfast stuff is priced the same as their other stuff. Never tried it myself, mainly because the eggs look like crap. Wendy's breakfast is exciting though.
