I'd file this one under "if he weren't a KU basketball player he wouldn't have been cited at all". Seriously? Spitting? The bouncer noticed that in the middle of a fight? This guy is trying too hard. And the Lawrence police are more than happy to make a federal case out of it.

I suppose our guys just have to stay in the towers at all times to avoid being targeted.
