pearl is not an option for at least a year if not two. everyone says he will get hit with a show cause (i think his hearing isnt until june but i might be wrong on that). and if he does he wont get hired by anyone for a while. most people think he will go to tv for a couple years then prob hop on some small school job and if that goes well then get a real job. as far as I know not only has there never been a coach hired with a show cause no school has ever interviewed a coach that is under a show cause. pearl is toxic right now and not an option for anyone next season

Pearl's next coaching job will not be a small school. If he is available without penalty and no more looming potential for penalty, plenty of schools would go after him.

He would be fantastic on TV.
