why do people think it will take $2m for frank to go?  it will probably take equal-ish money.  that's maybe 1.2-1.5M.  it will be entirely easier for not only frank, but unds, figgs, and te to recruit out of miami, especially given their connections/prior experience.

I think it would be pretty close. It might be easier for him to get the non-Shakey guys in the area at the U, along with guys from other parts of the east coast.

I think it would be pretty close. It might be easier for him to get the non-Shakey guys in the area at the U, along with guys from other parts of the east coast.

But he wouldn't get the Will Spradlings of the midwest.

I hope Frank doesn't leave, he is good for the conference. If what he has always said about loving ksu is true I don't see him leaving. He has built a good thing and would be crazy to go. Do you think your ad would overpay to keep him?

I guess that's my point. OSU won't improve enough to be a title threat. ISU is full of losers. MU has Frank Haith. It looks like the slaves have a clean break at getting away from their master. OU will suck. TT will suck. Baylor will suck.

I think the fact that KSU will regress is canceled out with with how much everyone else will suck.

How does playing/recruiting against UNC and Duke every year play into this?  KU seems to be the only team in the Big 12 Frank has trouble winning.  Could he get it done at least once a year at Miami against the likes of Duke and UNC?
