Insider source tells me he gets his exercise by swimming the width of the Missouri River. That way at some point he gets to be in both states at the same time if only for a second.

Do the Lakers get Bill or Cal. I think its *time* for Bill to move on. He has already accomplished so much. He really needs a new challenge to spread his wings again.

Cal will stay where he is, too much talent to leave. Bill will stay at KU, too much "talent", per Tharpe, in Gardern to leave.

Kobe turns 36 in August and is coming off of two major injuries. The LA job is dogcrap right now. Whoever becomes HC will be looking for work in 24 months.

All of that is true, but you know they'll pay well. If I was a big name college coach I'd take the gig, make bank for a couple seasons, then when I'm fired snag some nice college gig.

Go read the Lakers wiki page and ask yourself what they have had consistent success since they left Minneapolis.

They owe Kobe and Nash $33M next year. Unless LeBron goes there this summer (won't happen) they aren't in a very good situation. If Pau doesn't re-sign they are screwed.

Meh. Still need to coach or at least manage talent once it reaches Columbia. Greg McDermott could barely get 4 conference wins with Wesley Johnson and Craig Brackins, NBA players.
