Well KU lost today. VCU showed up to win and well... we just didnt show up. good news UNC lost too!!! eff Roy Williams!!!
March Madness. I still love it. Rock Chalk. We got beat today by a team that stepped up with nothing to lose. Congrats to VCU. No rebuilding, Kansas reloads!!

Loves the toughness of this Jayhawk team... definitely carry themselves differently than a Roy Williams team.
VCU had no business shooting they way they did from behind the arc. Not only in this game, but in the entire tournament.

Honestly, I was scarred of VCU for the last two weeks. This team has played like "Bats out of Hell" for two weeks, and I will certainly tip my hat off to them. Thanks a lot Dick Vitale and Jay "frekin' Bilas, if you guys woulda kept your mouth shut, VCU doesn't get past USC. Those stupid ESPN dorks P*ssed them off! KU turned into the "Frekin Jayhawks" that we love to hate.

I've witnessed some terrible losses over the years, but this one is the worst one for me. It's only because I was there to witness it. I couldn't even stay in my seat. I was pacing around the corridor in the Alamodome. I had a bad feeling about the game before it even started just seeing how many Aholes were wearing the VCU yellow. When VCU went on that run in the first half it seemed like a frigging home game for them. Being a KU fan for over 20 years I'm used to disappointing early exits so the worst part for me was seeing so many people cheer for the other team. I left the dome with about 3 and a half minutes left because I couldn't stand it. I didn't want to see those clowns celebrating and I didn't want to see Jayhawks crying.
Losing to VCU with a gift-wrapped path to a title has to rank in everyone's top 5. This was simply pathetic. VCU is not good. They aren't. Bad teams require 3's to win games. They made three more 3 pt fg's than 2's! They shouldn't have even been in the tournament. They are a play-in game participant. We played to the opponents level as we always do. We played hard for 20 minutes. Our guards were abysmal when we needed them to make 1 shot. We couldn't capitalize on an Amazing opportunity. True champions convert opportunities presented to them. We didn't. Therefore we are not champions, and we should carry the shame as a March choking program until the players and coaches less frequent these occurrences.
Can we please just loose to an effin big name team from a big name conference just once. Holy crap, enough with getting our asses handed to us by mid majors. I know we only win a national championship once every 20 years, so we are going to probably going to loose the last game every year. But damn I am tired of Bucknell, Bradley, UNI, VCU. How bout a loss to Arizona, or Kentucky or Duke every once in a while. Or how bout playin a great game but loosing cause the other team is just a little bit better. Why do we have to play like puke against a midmajor. This is the worst loss because all we had to do was beat an 11th seed to make the final four. I agree with jfish.
