Will the "cool" Pinstripe Bowl K-State be on the new field at BSFS?

Yes . . . it's cool.  Currie Prevails.

as long as they maximize the real estate im good either way, when vanier gets imploded it will open up a crap ton of possibilities.

move vanier closer to the field and have the wedges of seating in the corners and build something similar to this

Yeah, no. That stadium is awful and small-time because they don't have permanent bleachers on all 4 sides of the field. Sorry. Specifically mentioned Missisippi State's stadium earlier.

well its hard to put what our jumbo tron to look like into a pic, its the only stadium i could find that has what we are doing.....and miss st is going to be legit when its done

Would take the second pic

Second pic YES PLEASE. First pic? Pffft, they cant even afford while lines for their field!!! And who plays on natural grass these days? Poors in the south, that's who.

I’m OK with the stand alone Vanier, as long as they plan ahead and leave room for North end seating.

So, assuming we go with the Arizona model, do we have room in the existing area North of the stadium to put a new practice field?

No, you just look at the vertical height and width.  Don't think about the seats.

I thought the same thing, but we have about 430 x 770 feet in the grass north of the end of the stands and between the parking lots (respectively) per Google Earth.

I mean, theoretically, you could move some stuff around and make it fit.

ITK guys have already said it's not closed off.

I'm just talking about the model of the complex itself (vertical height and width).  I'm not talking about seats/suites/etc.

Currie toured Arizona's facility from what I understand.  He toured Tech's, and we got something very similar.  Based on descriptions, it sounds like some version of Arizona is what we're going to do.

What if we build a field on a gigantic raised surface and just route Kimball underneath it? An overpass over the practice field is clearly not going to happen because teams could spy on the Cats.

It's not going to look anything like the the AZ EZ, and I wouldn't want that anyway. Very blah.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Maybe, but I've got no problem with rd using the term for route #5 from his 1988 HS team's route tree system. We all know what he means.

score boards going there, thats the hardest part ive looked at stadiums all morning and with knowing the size its hard as crap to try to shop it into the stadium without it looking like "dog crap"
