guys, I just don't get it. All these cats saying they're ITK in this thread and have seen/been told a rough plan right now, yet none of them have posted a photoshop, MSpaint, etc rendo's. but when something does get leaked, they'll Fitz the crap out of it and claim that's exactly what they've seen/heard.

I don't have a good enough recollection of the renderings to give my fellow emaws an even close to accurate depiction. All I can tell you is, it's a big building, much bigger than current Vanier. Really? Don't they know what it takes to have a truly bigtimey stadium? Connected bleachers all the way around, even if they only go halfway as high as all the other bleachers.

So are they keeping the shitty End Zone Fun Zone seats they have right now in their current weird curvy section configurations? Because if so, wow. Pud city.

Kind of disappointing too. Just for looks. Maybe they can do something where it doesn't add many seats but still completes teh bowl.

That particular phase will have to be paid back almost solely on suite sales and ticket revenue because that's all it really provides.

I'm more than ok with not adding net seats, but like the look of a complete bowl. There could be some creative ways to not add....or maybe just add a 1000 or whatever and do this I think.

Just keeping the current number of seats from the N endzone should be pretty easy right? How about getting rid of the SE and SW bleachers.

wouldn't it cost like a hundred dollars to extend the seating around the corners in the same style, grade, materials, etc. as the rest of the bowl seating?

and we could take the high school bleachers out of the SW and SE corners. so it would be cheap, wouldn't add many seats, and would make our stadium look a hell of a lot better.
