No, I didn't remember, but that makes sense. I didn't go to a game until 91 and its not like there were a bunch of Cat games on TV.

Not sure if it was 94 or 95 but they would give out PowerBars to the students.  Many were turned into projectiles that made it to the Cats bench.  The PowerBar give away only lasted a few games IIRC.

guys, I just don't get it. All these cats saying they're ITK in this thread and have seen/been told a rough plan right now, yet none of them have posted a photoshop, MSpaint, etc rendo's. but when something does get leaked, they'll Fitz the crap out of it and claim that's exactly what they've seen/heard.

Huh, benches used to be on opposite sides.

Old Big 8 didn't allow students to sit on the side of the visiting team.
Big 12 eliminated that rule and most teams swapped the benches to put the students as close to the visiting team as possible.

It was fantastic. I remember loads of them in 1997.

I also remember oranges; in 1995 we took some up to Lincoln. One of the ushers took them because they said one year a Nebraska fan brought some on a cold day and they partially froze. When the fan threw them they hit someone in the head below them and knocked them out. I don't know if it really happened, but that's what the Nebraska usher guy told us when he took them.

Yes, this did happen, it was a ref in the Corn vs OU game.  Dude got nailed, lucky it didn't kill him.
