Take-a-ways of note: "Fast tracked", $50M, North end

I know Bama spent 9 million on their weight room, I hope we invest that much or more into weight rooms and even more into player menities.

yeah 50mil is a hell of a lot more than redoing the north endzone.  hopefully its a great wishlist which goes beyond what our expectations are.  I'd say the WSC has been a home run and showed that ADJC is committed to providing kick ass facilities instead of kstate0 Vanier piecemeal upgrades.

I want a platform to put the howitzers on.  BOOM!

Necessity in order to defend our castle.

Yo dawg, I heard you like castles.  So I put a castle next to your other castle so your castle can defend your other castle while you castle.

Why?  The BPF was $20m and that included two large open areas and basic office space.  Question is what the $50m includes (I.e. Separate from daktronics, limestone wall, etc. costs).

There's some stuff we wouldn't need to replicate from Arizona.  The training table is in the WSC.  We don't need to make more club space and suites.  We can probably shave off a lot of that and do something as nice in terms of the actual football operations.

Yep, this needs to be about the players. The fans will get their video screens and ribbon boards, but the rest of the money needs to be going toward making the players feel like kings. They have had shitty facilities forever, let's get them a bombass weight room, a superfly locker room, and an elite players lounge. Also, some other really cool stuff that recruits would totally be in love with. The WSC was for old people, let's make Vanier for the kids.

we can probably afford to add more suites.  didn't the WSC suites sell out in roughly 5 seconds?  those things are cash cows.

Yep.  So, will pay for selves, and help to add cool stuff for kids (via revenue).

Also, due to need to be able to attract sweet stud coaches (future head coach, and assistants), would like to see what they did at OSU, where each coach has an office overlooking the stadium, and converts on game day into essentially a luxury box for the assistant's family - sort of a sweet perk.

I think the plan is to add those on the South end.  Those suites basically pay for an upgrade to the fOOD and give concessions/restrooms on the South side.

I'm not sure someone wants donors running around the complex on game day.

Renderings that i've seen are pretty legit. Carrying the large castle limestone feel through the N endzone will really tie the stadium together to make it a fortress...

More info to come soon guys...
Would love a hand sketch/mspaint/photoshop/anything to at least give the approximate size of the project....

I'll see what I can do this afternoon/evening...
