So, after using Royal Purple instead of orange, and Limestone instead of brick, the next big aesthetic question is how many PowerCats would adorn this structure if built at BSFS?

If I was a Clemson fan I'd have such a massive boner getting this. They did a real good job on it (come on Currie, now get us hard with one of our own, or 2).

If we are going to do end zone suites, I would want them to be enormous animatronic cat heads with suites inside. The cat heads would give a big roar right at the snap every time our opponents try for a field goal, and may occasionally breathe fire.

I really like the idea of expanding the Legends room at Bramlage out so that you could, theoretically watch the game from said room from the South suites.

Imagine getting married on a fall Saturday and having the reception AT THE GAME.  There could be a bar inside, similar to the one at the Boulevard Brewery, there could be catered food, etc.  Or, if it's not a wedding, just sell the space for a ton of money and have a party at the freaking game.  you could charge a ton of money for it, and it could be a year round venue.

Honestly, if the hotel thing happened, how cool would that be if it was essentially like a ballroom that extends from the hotel?  The party deck can be on top.

My God, I just can't stop imagining how awesome that would be.

I think Ok State has a program for hotel mangagement or something like that and they run their own hotel on campus.  K-State could do something similar and take on the hotel themselves rather than farming it out to another company... I don't know how feasible this would be though.

My cousin's wedding reception was in the type of space you're describing at ECU's Dowdy-Ficklen stadium. Was pretty neat.

Iowa State has a hotel in the Union as well with a similar setup.

What if we put the new Vanier completely underground beneath the stadium. We could turn the powercat at midfield into an elevator, and the team could ride the powercatevator up onto the field with smoke billowing around them every game.

I can't say that I hate this idea.  I can, in fact, say the exact opposite.

love the subfield idea, would prefer for each player on the team to have their own launch pad from underneath that launches them up onto the field.  like taylor swift does at her concerts.

Give or take, I think we could do it with NBAF and all.

But I forgot to mention that the VanierCat rotates slowly (except when we're kicking a field that way, don't want to distract our kicker).

That would be pretty awesome, and we could use all of those launchers to put on a pretty awesome halftime concert at the next Big 12 Championship Game that we host. Maybe we could book Taylor and some of the walkons that don't really need to hear the halftime adjustments anyway could serve as backup dancers.
