i think that would be great. the east side just needs a facade imo. something to cover up the inner-workings of that side.

Illinois actually does a great job of covering up the non-press box side that you can kind of see here:

Yes that's very good.

Also, I think putting up giant (i'm talking like 400 ft) walls on the hills on either side of vanier would do wonders to keep noise in. Just big giant walls. Paint them beige or whatever if we want to make them look limestoney.

maybe even curve them down at the top.
