The inside of the stadium, the bsfs signage isn't centered like previously rendered.  I want some damn trees outside.

Those renderings still have the god awful high school bleachers up in the corners. I hope its a mistake.

They are never leaving unless they ever decide to do a mini 2nd tier of seating that goes from the SW corner to the SW Corner

I feel like permanent bleachers roughly the same height as the terrible high school bleachers but all the way around the south endzone would be relatively easy/cheap to install and probably bring in a lot of money

you could design it so you could easily add another tier above it later, make it expandable

would really close it in and make it look even more big time than the pressbox is going to

guessing that would put us in the 55k range but if you sold cheap season tickets there we would fill it up (see: upper deck corners)

The nw grass corner should be made into a tiered plaza fan amenity area.  You could have restrooms concessions, activities, seating for families/individuals who have want to sit down and have a bite to eat, converse with other emaws with the game still visible or tend to disgruntled children.  Connect the end zone fun-zone via walkway and move the trailer of porta shittes out.  sorry catcans

Given the height of the club seating on both the east and the west side (which are roughly the same height, if not already purposely the same height) I could see then just extending that level (maybe as club seeting, or place bleachers as seen on top of the East side) all the way around the south end zone, though probably not on the north endzone side. They might also add loge boxes as seen in the West Stadium center above that. Basically, extend Club and Loge level from West to East via the south endzone. Reason why I think this will happen is it fulfills a) helping to "create a 360-degree concourse that allows fans to access the entire stadium complex and free up congestion. This improvement would facilitate potential expansion of the Legends Room at Bramlage and south end zone Loge Boxes." as per the master plan site. b) gets rid of those awful high school bleachers and c) there's room for it. FWIW i think the final seating will be between 55,000 to 57,500, given how much adding seats in the south endzone as mentioned and redoing the north endzone would roughly add.
