I still feel bad for the Dev.  It was so nice and proud when it was built.  Now it's just empty, alone, waiting to die, another victim of the college football arms race.  It's a lot like Missouri in that regard.

It's more like the Dev starting working out and is getting cosmetic surgery and now will be smoking hot

IIRC one of the levels in the new press box will be named after Dev

person told me yesterday they are hosting a blasting party in the east side suites Saturday. I would be the biggest KSTATEO ever if the blasting went wrong and derbies flew into those suites and kill a bunch of high dollar donors.

that wouldn't be kstateo.  that would be really, really sad.

The original intent would not be KSTATEO...but if there were actually derbies and not debris that flew into the suites and killed em...  That would be major KSTATEO.

I think there may be some need for it. Notice the retaining wall going in on the north west corner of the field level.

the south end is even with the endzone, the north end extends past.

The press box portion is centered on the field.  The training table portion is what extends over.  I'm guessing, once we have gone through all of the phases, that the training table will connect to vanier somehow so it won't be "off center", it will just wrap around.

I'm sorry I know I'm weird.

You are right its the training that goes north.  But the cantilevered seating overhang stops around the start of the north endzone.  In one instance I feel like the structure is north heavy, but in another aspect its off because of the seating being a little south heavy. 
I have issues  and I should just be happy we're getting a kickass pressbox.
