Why is it KSTATEO? Seems pretty smart if it makes economic sense. The south side one is perfectly fine.

I think that's phase 3 and they just plan on building a similar video screen on that side

that was the plan but weiser decided not to spend the extra to put another on vanier because we would've had to strengthen the structure
