The correct course of action is to proceed w/ the project after K-State has determined it's conference affiliation.  Current ticket prices may no longer apply depending on who will be visiting BSFS, so dropping ticket prices wouldn't be a bad move. Diversify the donation requirements, but do not increase, and lower the ticket prices. Still going to have to spend money to be relevant in a lesser conference. If in a lesser conference, it needs to be marketed that a slight increase in spending and donations could lead to dominating a conference when you no longer compete w/ a UT or OU.

Facilities will be a factor in any conference reallignment scenario.  How do you think Currie elicited the private funding for the BBall PF and the current downpayments on WestSide Project?  Since Armageddon Part I, Currie has been actively compaigning on the platform "we can't afford not to improve out facilities."  Sitting around and waiting for the crap to hit the fan is what Weiser would have done.  We need to be about being proactive.  This means contacting the ACC and the Big East.  This means pushing ahead with facilities upgrades.  This means beating our in-state rival in 99% of athletic competition. 

This project has not been put on hold.  Nor should it be.
