They were very clear when those were released that they were not renderings.

Very clear? Of course they're not final renderings, but they literally said they consulted with HOK to come up with these designs and like all previous builds, more details would be available when each project is announced.

Either way, I'm glad the final renderings looks as good as they do.

Oh, thank God they're talking to HOK and not just Populous. They could be talking to both HOK and Populous, though. At this point, who knows? And, obviously, you've gotta watch your back when you're dealing with Populous.

Gene literally said in the ask the ad segment after these were released that he didn't want people to think that is what the end product would look like.

I don’t think anyone that follows this stuff thought this is what the final product would look like (although it sounds like the indoor is about the same).. but I don’t think Gene knows what a rendering is if he thinks that’s not one.

Doesn’t really matter, though. Appears the demand grew for this area to expand the plans.

I think the inside looks great. I think the outside looks laughable. Maybe it’s just me, but if we’re making buildings that we’ll all have to look at, I’d like them to be aesthetically pleasing?

But generally I think I like the new stuff mostly. Will look closer later.
