The parking lots near that dump they have , have actually expanded over the years. Kstate's campus is starting to fill in fairly rapidly around BSFS, Jardine is less than 500 Feet from BSFS. When the permanent soccer stadium and improvements to the Frank are complete. Kstate will have some of the best on campus athletic facilities in the country.

Maybe.

Super easy to have a unified athletic complex when you just build holes in the ground on the edge of campus that's surrounded by farm land for farm humping instead of having a stadium flanked by a majestic tiny hill
KU is right on par with Notre Dame ... when it comes to adding additional conference revenue
Beer pro tip: never drink anything other than BL, coors, pbr, maybe a few others that I'm forgetting
I agree with Dax that we will have an amazing complex. I'd also think, although smaller, that we really do have some great facilities individually.

I wouldn't say we have smaller facilities, all of the Big 10 and most of the SEC have gigantic football stadiums, but we are right on par with football stadiums in the Pac 12 and the ACC exceptions being off campus football stadiums. Bramlage is a pretty big basketball arena.
I [edit] wasn't really impressed with Hilton (especially the exterior)
Yes, it will be done by the first game. Wall to wall carpet too
$6 million is a lot of money to some people dax
Albeit "only" about $6 million in total projects this off season, still another year of getting to admire the pictures and progress of further improvements to BSFS. Would love to see the rendo's they came up with for the South Endzone.
