I was sure that Kstate had a DAS Bid which required the winning bidder to contract with the common carriers.

Phases 4 and 5 are out for bid.   Start date given of February 20.

all that money spent and the KSU program keeps going down hill and still can't win a big game. Last year KSU ended up unranked and  beat one team with a wining record.  with all the stadium improvements  that is now considered a pretty good year for KSU now.   KSU was better when they no stadium improvements.

That's more then they've done to Memorial in two decades.  1998 was the last time anything substantial was done to Memorial Stadium.

That is a shitton of academic building in that second link that are to be added to north campus. Holy crap.

The cool thing is when it's all done it'll definitely made the athletic facilities feel "more in the middle" of everything, or that "far away" feeling the squacks always bitch about.
