Based on what on know . . . not tarps, LED boards.   They still want the advertisers that are on those cheap signs to advertise, so they'll sell them on a rotation on the LED boards in the corners.

chunkles is right tarps don't glow. Also, excited about having improved sound. Between the wall and the upgraded sounded, easily the two most needed things to make the stadium be badass.
