Has anyone done any acoustic testing on the new band corner? I don't see how that's going to make the band any louder.

Saw Currie post those earlier. Looking good, but all that limestone now makes me really want to just build the wall like 3 years ago.

I'm assuming (well, I hope at least), they do the outer field improvements, new turf, and wall all in the same time frame.

Agreed, just get a whole new rug and limestone wall and we can un-k-state0 that part of the stadium and make dax happy in one fell swoop.

Some thoughts while reviewing this thread and watching the all-star game...

1. The Pride won't be complaining the next time we beat Nebraska in a 25 degree ice storm. That wall should protect them from fierce northerlies in November.

2. It's cute that our family stadium front door is always unlocked. This reflects well upon our 2nd goal: unselfishness.

3. Based on the aerial view, is it possible to tear out the south end and build something that mirrors the north end while maintaining or increasing current capacity?

4. We know where Willie will be K-S-U-ing next time we beat a big time opponent.

5. Will students be jumping over a limestone wall next time they rush the field?

Okay that's all for now. I'll just hang up and listen.
