I think he will have accepted Snyder's legacy considering he'll be coaching in a stadium with his name on it.

If a college football coach isn't confident enough in his own leadership to accept a positive culture into which he was hired, he won't do well anywhere. You don't have to adopt the 16 as part of your own, but you don't dismiss that others attempt to live by high standards.

I just hate those goals.  It's just 16 different ways of saying "we're not hear to eff around".  Every coach in the country uses those words.  It's just a marketing gimmick we put on ticket flyers.  Bill won a lot of games long before those words were compiled into a set to hand out for his 17th season.  Now it's just a marketing gimmick aimed at the stupid part of our fan base that falls into the "Kansans work harder and are more accountable" group.  I hate putting marketing crap permanently on the building.
