That pic angle really puts into perspective how much bigger the facility is. And, on the dirt patch, seems they could squeeze some more seats in there.

This may have been covered already, but with Vanier 2.0 and the way the stadium is going to be enclosed, does this mean no more Harley day?

Please tell me it does, because that crap is embarrassing. Last year having it the night of the Auburn game..come on AD.

I'm not saying don't have all kinds of interests. I'm saying why should your interest be paraded around the field leaking oil (every Harley does).

There will obviously be a way in and out of the stadium for vehicles even when the NE corner is done. For medical situations and Harleys. You're crazy if you think Currie is going to give up $100k profit from a 5 min Harley parade.

The horizontal bar is the bottom of the 'tron I think, and it is supposed to peak above Vanier. So seems actually pretty big for a corner 'tron.

yeah i actually wouldn't be opposed to doing the harley stuff before every game, but i understand it would probably lose some of the mystique.

honestly, when i was a student, the harleys used to get me really fired up when they'd have to pause and then rev their engines. not in a sarcastic or tongue in cheek way either. i would waive my arms up and down and tell them to rev louder and louder and the fumes would really start coming out and it would all become very exciting.

Think that little sliver is there because of the whole can't tear into the existing stadium with out updating fire/ada codes which will be don't when the northeast corner part is done.

Each of those boards' rank as the 36th largest college football video board. So, my feeling is that two of them isn't half bad.

It's still a very large screen, and there's likely going to be another one just like it on the other side after next year.

As a follower of this stuff for years, I'm becoming a bigger believer of having large video boards, but not the godzilla trons installations, which have gone over-the-top into the absurd IMO. That said, it's always been my understanding that when the South videoboard will be replaced it will be of the godzilla tron variety. I'd rather see a board that's about the same size of the two that will be on the North End. That'll be nearly 8,000 square feet of video boards. That's plenty for our size of stadium.

Little surprised it's Daktronics considering they used Panasonic for the new boards in Bramlage.
