If you're just talking about the grape planters in the corners instead of seats, I think that would be fine. Especially if the grape planters can be turned into seats if there's every a need for more seating, which I would assume they would be. The main thing I want IS the concourse all the way around and also tunnels instead of ramps. Tunnels are awesome.

I think more than anything I just want symmetry.

I think we'll get something that looks like symmetry in regards to a closed concourse, but there's absolutely no need to give the NEZ the same seats as the SEZ.  That would just be too many.

If it were up to me, I'd reduce our regular seating by 15K and increase suite seating by 5K.

I won't sit in the upper corners of the upper deck in anything less than perfect weather, it's miserable otherwise.  Endzone seats are terrible too...a ten yard gain looks like a two yard gain, and vice versa.

I don't understand people who sit in either of those spots.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the view was in the sez as long as you're 2/3 up. Nez I agree with you tho.

Look.  I want our stadium to go all of the way around too. I just don't think it would be the end of the world if we had an open corner.

And besides, cc made it sound like we don't have complete info yet, so we may end up having the NE corner get filled in anyway...

Do you mean seats all the way around? Or just a closed bowl and concourse that goes all the way around?

Cause one of those things is happening.

I just mean a closed bowl and concourse all the way around. I don't think there is any way to have seats go all the way around unless we build a bowl that matches the grade and pitch of the two sidelines, and that would increase capacity way beyond what we need. 

Section 28 is an abortion. I feel sorry for the students that have to sit there, because it starts behind the back of the endzone and extends back from there. If you and cc are correct that the NE corner will be altered to look like the drawings for the NW corner, I'm going to be more than pleased with what we do.

Currie has talked about angling section 28 and 1. I would think if it was ever going to happen now would be the time.

CTC, you know that we are very, very dear friends IRL but I just can't let this slide. I was gonna but then my pride was too hurt from this alleged "slaying" so I have to slam it back in your court. I'm pretty sure I said the elite SEC stadiums. (Kinda surprised you didn't even post Vandy and try to claim it's elite lololol.) Was I referring to the Harley Hole they have down in Starkville as elite? Certainly not. Missouri? GMAFB. Not elite, not relevant to this discussion. Arkansas could have an elite stadium except they have an entire end zone that looks like the end zone at Bishop Stadium lmbo. A&M? I think they're building a new end zone that will match the other side, yes?

Elite. Look how pretty it is when they have at least 10-15 rows that go all the way around. Absolutely marvelous. Even a non-elite stadium like Kentucky is getting in on the fun! How cute!

Mizzou is taking delusional facility upgrades to a new level, we should get a gE pool going for how many phases they actually get to.
