The square footage that you see is a bit misleading because of the multiple subterranean levels.  I have no idea what some of them are going to be used for, but the lower two will be catacombs for the Vanier and Snyder families (Maybe Barrett).

Because GEMAW has such a horrible reputation.  They can't get credentialed and they will never get to do player/prospect/recruit interviews.  You know I loved Fatty and read the site often, but I never really believe what I hear on there.  I pay for Scout because I can get national, regional and local information and can trust that it is fairly accurate.  I'm not bagging on GE, you just asked.
