All I said was that 1.5x the size of a 37,000 sq foot weight room is not being built here.  Maybe half of that, closer to 20,000.

i was saying that you weren't being outted as a dumbass (i think the HOA thread did that) on this particular issue, because a 50k sqft weight room sounds like something that would happen.

If you look at it that way, then sure! Here's my take:

I'll take my ball, go inside and set it down at home then look at as many renderings as I want why I look out and see the other kids crying on the playground because they aren't ITK.
