So they get 9 months to tear down Vanier and rebuild to substantial completion?  Seems like a short timeline for a $50m building.  Construction guys want to weigh in here?

My friend, Stanford tore down and built an entirely new football stadium in less than a year.

The concern here, do I hear stories like I heard were going on with the WSC.   If so, prepare for an Assembly Hall type of event sometime in the next 20 years or so.

unlikely timeline, given Kansas weather.    It might be possible to have it ready for the season like WSC was, but not completed IMHO.

Stanford is an exceptional situation.  I mean, it took more than 14 months to build the BBTF.

Friday I assume (per C.C.) will be the donation announcement by one specific bake sale.  The bake sale was very successful.  This will set everything in motion and potentially announce the official announcement.

April 26th I can only assume is the Athletic Department's official announcement that will include timeline, renderings, etc.
